Completing Your Application

Our technology offers explanations to form questions and our technical support team is standing to answer your questions about FileRight. However, please note that our technical support team cannot answer legal questions or questions that are specific to your unique situation.
For selected products we also offer an Application Package Assembly & Shipping Service. Once you complete your application online, we print, assemble and mail out your application package via USPS to your home. We include sticky notes on where you need to sign and date your application, a copy of your application for your records and a pre-paid envelope for you to mail your completed package to the USCIS for processing.

After You File

Immigration application processing times may vary depending on the benefit you seek and on your particular situation. For a list of up- to-date processing times, please visit the USCIS website.
You can check the status of your application using your case number, which you will receive after you file your form with the USCIS. You can check your case states on the USCIS website. To check your case status over the phone, call the USCIS directly at 1-800-375-5283.
